The Colorado Children’s Theatre fully understands that the skills that children can learn in musical theatre give teach them valuable skills that they can use in life. Musical theatre teaches kids to know themselves and embrace their individuality and creativity. It teaches them about connection and trust. Perhaps most importantly of all, it teaches them the importance of proper training and hard work and that they can accomplish anything they put their mind and heart into. It’s important to instill these skills and confidence into children at a young age so they can carry it with them as they grow older.
