The goal of the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center is to influence and change the lives of individuals with disabilities by promoting their psychological, physical and social well being through various activities.
Their success isn’t measured by getting straight A’s, but rather by attaining personal goals – the confidence to get on a horse, or the ability to navigate around a barrel, or trotting once around the ring. These rides involve a professional, certified instructor with trained volunteers to assure the safety of all participants.
