The farm’s pick-your-own season begins in June when the first strawberries ripen and continues through the summer and fall for blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, peach, apple, and pumpkin picking. Christmas trees are available the day after Thanksgiving as well!

Barden Family Orchard is a multi-generational farm that has grown tree fruit for over 90 years. This orchard grows over 20 varieties of apples, including Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Rome Beauty, Northern Stylish, Idaring Empire, and more! Families can also pick peaches, blueberries, raspberries, pumpkins, sweet corn, and more, depending on the season. Don’t forget to stop by the farmers’ market to get some seasonal produce. Each PYO variety has a designated ribbon color hanging from the tree, so you can easily tell them apart. Varieties you may find include Gravenstein, Paula Red, Gala, Jonamac, McIntosh, Cortland, Northwest Greenings, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Macoun, Ida Red, Empire, and Granny Smith. Each apple has its own season.
