About Pueblo Grande Museum

Pueblo Grande Museum is the perfect place to visit and learn about the site of Pueblo Grande and the Greater Southwest. It preserves, interprets, researches, and exhibits cultural materials about the region, even its location is super important: it is located on a 1,500 year old archaeological site that was once inhabited by the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People!
Pueblo Grande Museum is a National Historic Landmark and Phoenix Point of Pride, and also the largest preserved archaeological site within Phoenix.
This amazing archaeological site museum and repository has been operated by the City of Phoenix since 1929.
